I picked up an old wooden rake at a garage sale (in the free box, no less) and was thinking I could somehow decorate it for fall outside. But my creative juices aren't flowing and am just wondering if anyone else has seen this done? Any ideas?
(If I've asked this question already - I'm sorry - my memory isn't what it use to be)

You could do some sort of dry flowered arrangement around it - I saw some at a craft show this weekend and they were pretty cute.

Turn it into a scarecrow for halloween. Add some eyes to it and put arms and legs (using wires) and put a shirt, pants and shoes and gloves for hands on it. Make it into some strange creature.
