So I noticed that their are spots in my dishwasher that are orange. Also, when I wash some clear or white plastic items, it turns them orange. Has this happened to anyone? I use cascade and jet dry. Maybe I will try the dishwasher cleaner by jetdry. My dishwasher manual says this will happen if I wash a lot of tomatoe based products. But this seems to happen everytime and I don't have tomatoe products in there.

Help!

I've had that happen to me occasionally too. Have you ever tried that Cascade Plastic Booster? It works really well for me.

Looks like this:

I would try running it with some vinegar only. Maybe there is some tomatoe stuff stuck in there somewhere.

Mine wasn't working well and my dh investigated and pulled out all kinds of gunk from the thing that spins on the bottom.

Thanks for recommending this product. I looked at the reviews and it fixed a problem that I am also having - orange baby bottles! Have you ever found this in a store, or should I just go ahead and order it online?

I will also get DH to poke around for any leftovers hanging around in there...

Thanks!
