My DH

I do really like it because it's out in the country, has an acre, with an open 80 acres behind us, on a quiet road, and the neighbors are nice. The house itself needs updating and improvements, but I like that it gives us lots of projects to choose from.

It had character... with HIGH ceilings in the living room, cut out between the kitchen & the living room & niches up high for accessories, etc.

I fell in love from the moment I entered the neighborhood. Its cradled within lush, golf course grounds and beautiful scenery. The tot lot is in front of our home, literally within steps. There's a dead end street, which I love! All the families that live here are new, with small children, like us. Lots of people excersise with their families and friends. Its really neat. Aside from that, the inside impressed me. I had always wanted an island in my kitchen, and I finally got it!

For us it was the location. It's near an elementary school..however we didn't know at that time that the Lord would be calling us to homeschool..we also liked the neighborhood. Its clean, calm and friendly.

When we walked inside the home we loved the open floor plan, the price and the seller. At the time we thought we were getting a wonderful home. However alot was wrong when we finalized the home. It was a very bad experience and we'll be building next time we buy or atleast getting a home inspection.
