There is such a variety in the stores (fabrics department is usually where fake flowers are sold in some stores) which do you like?

The only time I use real flowers is when I receive them as a gift or when my garden flowers are ready for cutting.
Otherwise I tend to use silk flowers, I have a few in each room of the house just to brighten up the room and make it look cheery.

I use real flowers...I don't like fake flowers of any variety. They look 'grandma-ish' to me.

I'm a big fan of real flowers. When I see a good deal, I snap them up. Yesterday I saw 1/2 dozen bunches of roses at Aldi for $2.99. I have also seen roses at the Dollar Store. They are a mini luxury for me.

I love to have real flowers in the house but can never bring myself to buy them. Every once in a while DH will get a wild hair and buy me some for no reason!

My husband and I had all silk flowers at our wedding, no real ones. Although I *love* real flowers, I'm so glad that we used silk, because now we have all of our wedding flowers spread throughout our apartment. I don't consider them decorations, just our joy visible all over our home

When I receive real flowers, I try to make them last as long as possible. If I were to buy flowers for decoration, I'd probably by dried flowers.
