Frugal Halloween Costumes: Make Your Own Face Paint
Use this recipe to create a witch, vampire, clown or whatever your child desires. Simply mix 3 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp flour together. Stir in 3/4 cup light corn syrup and 1/4 cup water and mix until smooth. Divide mixture into several paper cups and use food coloring to tint. Use a paint brush or cotton swab to apply; wash off later with water.
