1. Crock Pot Cranberry Orange Cake

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Zest from 1 orange
- 3 cups flour, divided (2 3/4 cup and 1/4 cup)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) package fresh cranberries
