If I had a day to myself...:
Either spend the day at the library or catch up on all those
house projects that never seem to get done.
Money Saving Tips:
LIBRARY!!!! A never ending supply of books and
videos that cost me nothing (as long as I make sure I
get them back on time!) I also am a big believer
of "make your own" projects and recycling materials.
I never buy play dough, paints, etc. We check out
books with recipes for these things, make them
ourselves, and store them in re-used baby food jars,
etc. It's fun, educational and much cheaper than buying the
stuff!
Bargain Hunting Strategies:
I love dollar stores, Big Lots, and frequent a store called AX MAN
SURPLUS for science and art supplies.
Products we can't live without:
While there are a great many things we love and that make our lives
easier, I do not think I have found one single item that I could not do
without if I had to, although my computer comes close! |
