Used to be a proofreader for a financial print

If I had a day to myself...:
Eat a leisurely breakfast with gourmet coffee
while quietly reading the morning paper, then a
shower, shopping (for me), lunch with a friend
at my favorite Thai or Indian restaurant, an
afternoon nap or maybe reading the latest novel
and then dinner with my family. I really would
miss them if I had an entire day without them.
Money Saving Tips:
Shop with a list and don't veer unless the
savings are just to good to pass up. Coupons,
coupons, coupons, but only for things that you
really need.
Bargain Hunting Strategies:
Target is my favorite, but it does take time to
check all the endcaps which is where you will
find the best bargains. I also love the dollar
store, but you do have to be careful about the
quality and quantity for it to be a true value.
Products we can't live without:
Me personally, coffee! Other than that, I don't
know if there is anything we couldn't live
without!
In the Kitchen:
My favorite is a recipe I got off the internet
for crockpot chicken with corn, black beans and
salsa. Serve with Spanish rice. For leftovers, I
shred the chicken and make quesadillas and I
usually still have some to freeze!
