Roasted Chickpeas with Parmesan


Preheat oven to 450. Drain and rinse chickpeas, spread on paper towel and blot dry. In a bowl, coat chickpeas with olive oil and season to taste with salt, garlic salt, and grated Parmesan cheese. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, until brown and crunchy.
