I wanted to find a way to make whole wheat pancakes that tasted delicious but also stored easily. I love the convenience of a package mix, but since we switched to real foods I had to find the best of both worlds. So I prepared a dry mix that I can keep in the pantry and mix together when we want them. They also freeze really well! So make a couple batches at a time for a quick breakfast.
