Job Description:
Planning decorating parties for hostesses, placing orders, and keeping up on decorating tips to name a few.  All of which are very fulfilling and fun!

How I Started My Business:
I went to a Home Interiors Party hosted by a friend and booked to help her get a free gift.  Then I had 2 parties of my own and decided I liked the products enough to become a decorating consultant myself.  There are minimal start up costs. I wanted to begin doing some interior decorating for my home and help others get their homes looking fabulous also.
 
 

My Typical Work Schedule:
Taking care of my family is my first priority so sometimes that leaves little time to devote to my business.  I spend as much time as I can talking with hostesses and potential hostesses to schedule bookings, putting on decorating shows and meeting with clients to share decorating ideas for their home.  Your success in a home business is directly related to how much time you devote to it so you can get as little or as much as you desire.

What I Love About My Job:
Flexibility; a company that shares my values; great earning potential; minimal investment at startup; no inventory to stock
