Santa Hat Brownie Bites are adorable, and easy to make!  They’re great for kids or classroom holiday parties.

Ingredients:

  • 16 mini brownie bites (or make your own)
  • 16 strawberries (tops cut off)
  • 1/4 C. unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
  • 1-3 Tbsp. half and half (or milk)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
In a large bowl, combine the butter, powdered sugar, 1 Tablespoon half and half, and vanilla. Beat with a mixer for 2 minutes, until fluffy. Add more half and half if needed.  Next, place the frosting in a frosting bag or Ziplock bag with the corner snipped off. Place a swirl of frosting on top of the brownie, then place the strawberry on top. Add a small dot of frosting on top to complete the Santa hat. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Best served the same day.
