Copycat Recipes: Carrabba’s House Dressing
Learning new copycat recipes is a frugal way to get your restaurant fix for less. This copycat version of the Creamy Parmesan dressing at Carrabba’s Italian Grill is not only frugal, it’s super-easy! I do think the buttermilk is the way to go, but if you don’t have any at home you can substitute a tablespoon of sour cream + milk to equal 1/4 cup.
Ingredients:
Combine all ingredients and serve with romaine lettuce, croutons, fresh black pepper and any of your other favorite salad ingredients. Here are some great ideas to use up buttermilk after making this dressing.
