When you are trying to eat healthy, it’s REALLY important to find delicious recipes to enjoy. The key is to NOT deprive yourself, you simply replace sugary and fattening foods with healthier ingredients. I wish I could take credit for this recipe but unfortunately I can’t. I actually found it on The Cafe Sucre Farine. I made it and WOW is it good! I could seriously eat them all day! They are crunchy and sweet with a little bit of a kick.
Sweet and Spicy Maple Pecans
- 2 cups pecan halves (bought in bulk)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
