Oven Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Browned Butter
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
- Cracked black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place asparagus spears on the tray, and sprinkle with Kosher salt and cracked pepper. roast for 12-14 minutes, until tender.
Meanwhile, brown the butter in a small saucepan on the stovetop. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Pour over the roasted asparagus spears, tossing to coat. Serve immediately.
