Free Last Minute Nativity Craft

December 23, 2010 by Susie Chadwick 1 Comment

Here’s a fun, and easy craft to make with your kids while they’re anxiously waiting for Christmas – a paper nativity set!

My preschooler and I made this nativity craft this afternoon. She really enjoyed doing it. We got the free printables from Catholic Icing, colored them, and cut them out. I love how she colored most of the pieces with one or two colors, but baby Jesus got four different colors!

The original instructions were to tape the nativity figures onto toilet paper rolls. We didn’t have any, so I just taped them in circles and it worked great!

Another idea to add to it is to laminate the pictures before pasting. That way they are good for years to come.
