Halloween Treats: Candy Corn Magic Bars

October 29, 2013 by Amy Arndt Leave a Comment

Candy Corn Magic Bars Recipe #Halloween

Candy Corn: either you love it or hate it, but when it’s used in this Candy Corn Magic Bars recipe you’ll love them so much that you won’t be able to eat just one!

These Halloween treat bars are just like seven layer bars except the candy corn replaces the chocolate chips and you leave out the nuts.

Candy Corn Magic Bars

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter chips
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. candy corn
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13×9-inch pan with aluminum foil and then spray the foil with cooking spray.

Using a food processor or a gallon sized ziplock bag (this is the method I used), crush you graham crackers until they resemble a fine crumb. Stir the crumbs into the melted butter and mix until all combined. Press into the bottom of your pan.

Now, sprinkle the crust with the white chocolate chips, followed by the peanut butter chips, shredded coconut, and candy corn on top.

Pour the whole can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the bars.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges get golden. Make sure to cool these completely before cutting into bars. These Candy Corn Magic Bars bake up to be very yummy and moist.

*You can substitute butterscotch or chocolate chips for the peanut butter chips.
