Kids Craft: Paper Plate Puzzle

January 20, 2011 by Susie Chadwick 3 Comments

This is a quick and fun craft and activity to do with kids of any age. All you need is a paper plate, coloring supplies and scissors!

First, have your child color on the paper plate. My preschooler colored one side, then I drew on the other so she would have two puzzles.

Use a black crayon or a marker to draw puzzle pieces.

Cut the pieces up.

And do your new puzzle!

Cute! I shop thrift stores and garage sales all the time. If I find 2 vinyl placemats with same image, I snatch them up to make puzzles. This week I found easter ones for 50 cents a piece. I cut up one and use the other as a pattern underneath for those that need the extra visual.
