Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops (Just Three Ingredients!) with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

May 5, 2012 by Kimberly Danger 13 Comments

ranch house crock pot pork chops with parmesan mashed potatoesThese Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops couldn’t be easier.  That’s what so great about recipes like this:  You just a few ingredients in the crock pot and about 4-6 hours later you have a mouth-watering meal.  Serve with Parmesan Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 packet dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning
  • 10-oz can Cream of Chicken Soup

Parmesan Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 3-lb. bag red potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 cloves roasted garlic (click for directions how to roast garlic)
  • 1 C. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Place the pork chops in the crock pot.  Sprinkle each chop with Ranch seasoning and “smear” with undiluted cream of chicken soup.  Cook on high heat 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours.

Place the peeled potatoes in a pot of water.  Bring to a boil, and cook for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.  Mash with a large fork by hand (this will prevent the potatoes from becoming glue-like).  Add butter, parmesan, garlic, milk, salt and pepper.   Mix on medium speed until whipped.

Place the mashed potatoes on a plate and top with a pork chop.  Drizzle the ranch gravy on top.  Enjoy!
