Everyone needs a little dessert now and then. During the 21 Day Fix Health Challenge, you are allowed to eat 3 desserts a week. (if you eat more I won’t tell!) Most challengers find out right away that dark chocolate is allowed! Dark chocolate is actually filled with anti-oxidants making it beneficial to your diet in small amounts. Thank heavens for this! How hard would it be to have to give up chocolate completely?
