21 Day Fix: Clever Ways to Keep Track of Your Colored Container Counts

October 22, 2015 by Bekah Leave a Comment

21 Day Fix Container Tracking

During the 21 Day Fix Challenge, keeping track of your colored container counts can be really tedious.  Creating a weekly meal plan is key in keeping on track.  However sometimes there are unplanned meals out or snacks.  Here are some clever and easy ways to track your containers daily without adding and subtracting containers.

Use a white board to create a tally sheet. Get the details HERE.

These container count magnets are really easy to make.  You can buy the clear “pebbles” at the Dollar Tree.  Then all you need is magnet backs, paper, and Modge Podge.  Find the idea HERE.

Clean eating becomes a lot easier once you memorize which container represents which food categories.  It also really helps to memorize what the measurements are.  I actually put stickers on my containers until I have the amount memorized.  Find the measurements HERE.
