I always tell people that eating healthy doesn't have to be expensive. And this is true for my challengers on the 21 day fix as well. Depending on what you choose to eat, you don't have to spend a lot. In fact, I found lots of 21 Day Fix-friendly foods at my local Dollar Tree. Among my finds:
- Oatmeal (not steel-cut, but regular)

- Salad shrimp

- Pinto Beans (dried)
- Black Beans (dried)
- Garbanzo Beans
- Diced Tomatoes
- Jalapenos
- Seasonings
- Garlic
- Frozen Peaches
- Frozen Mangoes
- Frozen Strawberries
- Frozen Blueberries
- Frozen Broccoli
- Frozen Corn
- Frozen Green Beans
- Frozen Peppers
- Sunflower Seeds
- Nuts

They have minced garlic? How awesome. I am aware that they have the frozen bags, but I wonder what the comparison in ounces to a bulk generic bag from Walmart /Giants would be in cost? Especially when you’re adding it to your shakes.
