Three-Ingredient Pizza Crescent Rolls - Mommysavers.com

Pizza crescent rolls are a fun after-school snack to make with your kids.  Not only can they easily make these homemade pizza crescent rolls themselves (with your supervision) they’ll love to eat them too.  Here’s what you’ll need:

homemade crescent pizza rollsCrescent Roll Pizza

  • 1 tube of Crescent roll dough
  • Pizza sauce
  • 2 string cheese sticks, cut in fourths

To make the pizza crescents, separate dough on a greased cookie sheet.  Spoon on about a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each one and spread it around.  Place a piece of the string cheese on the long end of the crescent and roll up.  Bake your pizza crescents for 12-14 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown.

Optional:  You can also add your other favorite pizza toppings like pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, Canadian bacon, etc.  You can also add Italian seasoning if desired.  Experiment with other Crescent Roll Pizza Ideas.  Variations are endless when you start experimenting with different pizza sauces and fillings.  For example, a white alfredo sauce is good, and is great paired with chicken or bacon.  Barbecue sauce is also good as a base, as is a simple olive oil and garlic.
