Chipotle Bacon Crackers

November 29, 2014 by Kimberly Danger Leave a Comment

Bacon Crackers

Oooh my, I think I’ve just discovered a new favorite party appetizer!   I mean, who doesn’t like bacon?  It’s a definite crowd-pleaser.  Adding a little brown sugar and Chipotle Chile Powder makes them sweet, savory and delicious all at the same time!   Plus, they’re super-easy to make.  They’re great served warm, but taste great the next day too.  If you refrigerate them overnight, allow them to warm to room temperature before serving again.

Chipotle Bacon Crackers

  • Town House or Club Crackers
  • Bacon slices
  • Brown Sugar
  • McCormick Chipotle Chile Powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place crackers on a cookie sheet.  Cover each cracker with a strip of bacon about the same size  (I used kitchen shears to cut mine).  Next, sprinkle the crackers and bacon with brown sugar and lightly sprinkle with Chipotle Chile Powder.  Bake about 10 minutes, or until brown sugar has melted.  Allow to cool slightly before serving.  Enjoy!
