French dip sandwiches are one of my family’s favorite meals. Crock pot french dip sandwiches are easy to make and only need 5 ingredients. This is a great way to cook pork tenderloin in the crock pot. Cook the pork loin up simply in the crock pot, then serve the french dip sandwiches on rolls toasted with parmesan cheese, with au jus on the side for dipping.
Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches Ingredients
1 pork sirloin tip roast
2 pkg powdered au jus mix, 2-3 beef bouillon cubes OR 2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
4 cups water
12 sandwich rolls
parmesan cheese (fresh or canned is fine)
Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches Recipe
Place meat in crock pot or slow cooker with the bouillon mix and water. Cook on high for about 6-8 hours or until the meat falls apart.
Shred the meat.
Split the rolls and butter them. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toast in the oven with the broiler on high for 1-2 minutes. Watch the rolls in the broiler carefully so they don’t burn!
Serve the meat on the rolls with bowls of au jus to dip.
