Herbed Butter for Corn on the Cob
1 stick butter
1/3 C. chopped fresh basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 C. shredded Parmesan
Soften butter and blend the ingredients together. Brush butter on corn as you’re grilling it, and again after it’s done. This is enough for 6-8 ears of corn. YUMMY!
