Since we spent last week at the beach, this week’s Muffin Tin Meal has a beach theme! Despite the cute cocktail umbrellas I found, this muffin tin meal didn’t turn out quite like I envisioned it. And, even though it’s the least healthy muffin tin meal I’ve ever made, Maggie threw a tantrum because there weren’t sprinkles in her yogurt. I guess you can’t win them all.
Beach Muffin Tin Meal
- water
- graham crackers and goldfish crackers (not pictured, oops!)
- apple starfish with umbrella pick
- graham cracker “X marks the spot”
- blue jelly (mint flavor)
- yogurt with graham cracker crumb sand
Here is the buried treasure under the graham cracker X.
Maggie ate all the mint jelly and drank her water, but wouldn’t really eat anything else. In fact, it was little brother who discovered the hidden treasure after he ate her forgotten graham crackers.
