No-Cook Pasta Bake

January 16, 2014 by Maggie Leung Leave a Comment

no cook pasta bake

This No-Cook Pasta Bake recipe is super-easy to make.  It’s an ideal meal for you to assemble and have your babysitter or husband finish up when you’re gone.  It tastes amazing,  and you don’t even have to cook the noodles!  Just pop it in the oven and go.

No-Cook Pasta Bake

  • 1-lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • 12-oz. bag or box of pasta
  • Parmesan cheese

Here’s how:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Brown meat in sauce pan
  3. Once browned, add brown sugar and jar of spaghetti sauce
  4. Fill empty jar with water and add meat sauce (you want the sauce very watery)
  5. Pour uncooked noodles in greased casserole dish
  6. Pour watered down meat sauce mix over the noodles, covering every noodle completely
  7. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45-55 minutes. Once finished baking let stand for 10 minutes
  8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired
  9. Enjoy!
