Nutella Crepes Recipe + $1/1 Coupon

February 4, 2011 by Kimberly Danger 2 Comments

Thanks to Susie (Swishina) for posting this delicious recipe for Nutella Crepes in our Kitchen Chatter Forum.   Plus, there is a $1/1 coupon for Nutella right now that makes these even sweeter.

Crepes
1 c. cold water
1 c. cold milk
4 eggs
1/2 t. salt
2 c. flour
4 T. melted butter

Pour about 1/4 c. batter into a heated, 6 inch non-stick frying pan (don’t grease it). Swirl the pan around, off the heat, until it is covered in batter, then pour out the excess. Cook until lightly browned, flip and cook about 10 more seconds to brown the other side.

Optional:  Add some sliced bananas and whipped cream and roll up. You can also do fresh fruit, cinnamon sugar, or make savory crepes with ham and cheese.

Step #1. Mixing the milk and water

Step #2. Mixing the batter (I used my mixer instead of a blender)

Step #3. Pour into a hot, non-stick pan. Flip over when edges start to curl up.

Step #4. Remove and spread with Nutella.

Step #5. Roll up and sprinkle with powdered sugar (if desired).

Step #6. ENJOY!
