Oven Baked Tilapia with Fresh Veggies is a clean eating dish that’s easy to prepare using ingredients from ALDI.

  • 1 bag of frozen Tilapia fillets (boneless, skinless), unthawed
  • 1 prepackaged container of fresh green beans
  • 8 medium-sized red potatoes, cubed
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Low-fat butter or margarine
  • Seasonings (I used Mrs Dash, Salt-Free, Original Blend)

-Preheat oven to 400°.

-Wash the package of green beans and the red potatoes. Leave the green beans whole, just cut off any bad ends. Next, take the red potatoes and cube them.

-In an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish, lay the green beans on one side and the red potatoes on the other side. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.

Sprinkle with seasoning, drizzle a bit of olive oil over each and put a dab of butter or margarine on each. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes in the fridge while the green beans and potatoes are starting to bake.

-When the green beans and potatoes have baked for 10 minutes, take the fish out of the refrigerator, uncover and put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the fillets flake when tested with a fork.
