White Chocolate Cranberry Bread Pudding

White Chocolate Cranberry Bread Pudding

What are your favorite recipes with Sweetened Condensed Milk?  There are so many great treats to choose from this time of year!  I perused www.eaglebrand.com and chose this White Chocolate Cranberry Bread Pudding.  It combines sweetened condensed milk with two of my favorite holiday seasonal ingredients:  cranberries and chocolate.  It was easy to make, tasted fabulous, and would look great on any holiday table.  I highly recommend it!  Here’s the recipe:

White Chocolate Cranberry Bread Pudding Recipe

  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 3/4 cups hot water
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 cups cubed French bread
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips

HEAT oven to 350ºF. Coat 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.

BEAT eggs in large bowl. Blend in sweetened condensed milk, water, melted butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread, dried cranberries and baking chips until completely moistened. Pour into prepared baking pan.

BAKE 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or let cool.

My favorite recipe is one of my Grandma’s that we call Eagle Brand Squares! It’s graham cracker crust bottom, with chocolate chips and toasted coconut on top. So good!

I’m totally addicted to condensed milk. I make my Lemon Icebox Pie frequently & have used different brands, but Eagle condensed milk is by far the best. I can eat straight out of the can. Love the stuff !!!
