Pumpkin Bars with Caramel Toffee Topping - Yum!

The only thing better than these yummy Pumpkin Bars are Pumpkin Bars with Caramel Toffee Topping (just in case you need a little MORE sugar!).  Plus, they look SO pretty on your fall table.

Easy Pumpkin Bars

3 eggs
1 2/3 C sugar
3/4 C vegetable oil
1 (30-oz.) can pumpkin puree
2 C flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. salt

Cream Cheese Frosting for Pumpkin Bars

1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 C butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 C sifted powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350.  In a mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until light and fluffy.  Sift dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and salt) together.  Stir into pumpkin mix until thoroughly combined.

Spread the batter into an ungreased 10×15 jellyroll pan. Bake for 25 to 30 min.
Cool before frosting.

Caramel Toffee Topping for Pumpkin Bars

1/2 bag Heath Bits Toffee
Caramel sauce

Shake the Heath Bits evenly over the pan of Pumpkin Bars. Next, drizzle the caramel topping.
