Clean Eating Chocolate Desserts

Everyone needs a little dessert now and then.  During the 21 Day Fix Health Challenge, you are allowed to eat 3 desserts a week.  (if you eat more I won’t tell!)  Most challengers find out right away that dark chocolate is allowed!  Dark chocolate is actually filled with anti-oxidants making it beneficial to your diet in small amounts.  Thank heavens for this!  How hard would it be to have to give up chocolate completely?

No worries!  Here are some awesome 21 Day Fix approved CHOCOLATE dessert recipes:

Goji Berry Chocolate Bark:  This makes a nice holiday treat as well as a gift.

Coconut Fudge Truffles:  Here is another recipe that is the perfect treat to help you resist temptation during the holiday season.

Shakeology Chocolate Candy:  This very basic recipe and easy and can be “doctored up” with peanuts, almonds, or coconut.

Chocolate Shakeology Ice Cream: I would say it’s more like a banana split in a bowl!

Clean Eating Chunky Monkey Ice Cream: Bananas, almonds, bananas, and chocolate chips make a clean eating healthy version of a popular frozen treat.
