Muffin Tin Monday: Mickey Mouse Muffin Tin Meal

October 20, 2013 by Susie Chadwick Leave a Comment

Mickey Mouse Muffin Tin Meal

It’s about time I made another muffin tin meal for my kids, and I’ve been saving these Mickey Mouse themed items for a while! This Mickey Mouse muffin tin meal was for my 4 year old, and I made a corresponding lunch for my 6 year old to take to school. I used a Mickey Mouse cookie cutter to make DIY Lunchables. If you don’t have this cookie cutter yet, buy it.  It’s $.59 + free shipping right now on Amazon!

The Mickey Mouse muffin tin meal included:

  • Ritz crackers
  • Mickey Mouse-shaped ham pieces
  • Mickey Mouse-shaped cheese pieces
  • olives with a Mickey Mouse pick
  • Mickey Mouse cheese crackers
  • vanilla yogurt with Mickey Mouse sprinkles

The Mickey Mouse lunch was packed in a Ziploc divided container (which I learned about on Mommysavers and LOVE).  It included:

  • Mickey Mouse shaped ham
  • Mickey Mouse shaped cheese
  • Ritz crackers
  • olives with a Mickey Mouse pick
  • Mickey Mouse cheese crackers

Mickey Mouse Lunch

The Mickey Mouse cheese crackers were purchased at Disneyland Resort.  You may be able to buy them online at triple the price (and they were already pricey to begin with) but I would try making your own cheese crackers first.

Just after I made these lunches, I ordered a Mickey Mouse ice pack set from The Disney Store. I can’t wait to include that in a Mickey Mouse lunch next time!

Supplies used in these Mickey Mouse lunches:

  • Mickey Mouse cookie cutter
  • Mickey Mouse Sprinkles
  • Mickey Mouse cupcake picks
  • Ziploc divided container
  • Red silicone muffin cups
