Homemade Cheese Crackers

April 30, 2013 by Kimberly Danger 2 Comments

Homemade Cheese Crackers Recipe | Mommysavers.com

What do you make from scratch that most people buy from the store?  How about adding Homemade Cheese Crackers to the list!  This version is really easy, and tastes oh-so-much-better than their store bought counterparts.  Get creative with shapes by cutting them with a fondant cutter, or simply use a knife or pizza cutter to cut basic squares to save a ton of time.

Homemade Cheese Crackers

Ingredients:

1 C. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 C. grated asiago cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 C. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Roll dough to 1/8″ thin.  Cut crackers with a fondant cutter. Bake for 15-18 min. at 350 degrees.

Store in an airtight container. Mine never last very long, though. 🙂
