Monday
Breakfast: Strawberry Oatmeal
Cook oatmeal as per the package instructions, stirring in frozen strawberries while still hot. Or, try our revved-up version of Strawberry Oatmeal.
Lunch: Avocado and Chicken Wrap
Spread Olive Tapenade Hummus on a tortilla, adding shredded precooked chicken, avocado slices, and baby spinach. Roll the tortilla tightly and cut in half.
Dinner: Grilled Half-Pound Burger Patties with Asparagus
Grill the burger patties to your preferred level of doneness and serve with grilled or steamed asparagus seasoned with salt and pepper.
Tuesday

Saturday
