Last Week of My 21 Day Fix Challenge

September 14, 2015 by Bekah Leave a Comment

So this is my last week of my 21 Day Fix Challenge.  It also happens to be my 34th birthday on Saturday.  Between Labor Day and my beach vacation, it was easy to go off track, even a bit.  So my goal this week is to kick butt on all of my goals!  I’m going to do double workouts.  Example:  I power walked a mile this morning on the treadmill and I’m going to do my PLYO workout in about an hour.

I also want to stay on track with eating so I’m creating a clean eating gumbo recipe (look for that post tomorrow) along with Clean Eating Candied Pecans….yep that’s right!  Food needs to taste good and you need things to look forward to.  I have learned that is really important so I’m putting my cooking skills to use big time this week.

I’m doing great on the water intake (80 oz, or 5 16 oz cups a day) and I’m also going well on the Shakeology.

I do plan on doing around round when another challenge group starts in October but I want to end this one on a high note, taking about things that I have learned about myself.
