Muffin Tin Monday: St. Patrick’s Day Gold at the End of the Rainbow

Today we did a St. Patrick’s Day muffin tin meal with a “Gold at the End of the Rainbow” theme.  My daughter loved it! She ate everything but the blueberries, which she fed to her little brother.

St. Patrick’s Day “Gold at the End of the Rainbow” MTM:

  • Red: Ketchup
  • Orange: Carrots
  • Yellow: Fish Sticks
  • Green: Spinach
  • Blue: Yogurt & Blueberries
  • Gold: Dove Chocolate

    Shame we diddnt celebrated St. Patrick here – in Italy. When i talked to my friends they were telling me how often they celebrate Saints. Somehow St. Patrick is not one of them. Wonder why…
