Don’t you just love the trifecta of good food? Healthy, frugal and delicious? This recipe features all three, plus another… QUICK. You can make this in ten minute or less. I kid you not. While you could argue that tuna steak is not frugal, it’s still a bargain in my book at around $5 per steak. I split it with my husband and we serve it with rice. So compared to other things I could be eating, it’s a delicious deal.
