So, what CAN’T the Instant Pot make?  Even my spaghetti was done in 20 minutes from start to finish!!  This little gadget is the busy mom’s dream come true.

Instant Pot Spaghetti

Clean Eating Instant Pot FixIngredients:

  • 2 Tbsp.  extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 5-oz. cans tomato paste
  • 2 8-oz.cans tomato sauce
  • 2 C. water
  • 1 C. chicken stock
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 10 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos (or Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 C. dry red wine
  • 1 pound Spaghetti, broken in half

Saute the onion in extra-virgin olive oil in your Instant Pot.  Add ground beef, brown.  Drain.

Add remaining ingredients, with the exception of the spaghetti.  Stir well.  Add spaghetti, broken in half.  Stir.  Cook on high pressure five minutes. Allow a 5 minute natural pressure release, then carefully release the rest of the pressure.  Spaghetti may be clumpy, use a fork to loosen it.  Serve.
