During the 21 Day Fix Challenge, keeping track of your colored container counts can be really tedious. Creating a weekly meal plan is key in keeping on track. However sometimes there are unplanned meals out or snacks. Here are some clever and easy ways to track your containers daily without adding and subtracting containers.

These container count magnets are really easy to make. You can buy the clear “pebbles” at the Dollar Tree. Then all you need is magnet backs, paper, and Modge Podge. Find the idea HERE.
I’m not sure where the photo originally came from. However this construction paper method is a really cheap and easy way to keep track of your container counts. As you can see, this 21 Day Fixer used the colors cut into squares to represent the containers. Halving them into triangles represent the half-container usage.
This clever woman used jelly bracelets to keep track of her daily container counts. This idea came from FitLifeBound.com. You can purchase them HERE. They come in large packages so you can share them with friends or give them to your challengers (idea for coaches).
Clean eating becomes a lot easier once you memorize which container represents which food categories. It also really helps to memorize what the measurements are. I actually put stickers on my containers until I have the amount memorized. Find the measurements HERE.
