Muffin Tin Monday: Indian Food

November 7, 2011 by Susie Chadwick 3 Comments

I couldn’t leave India without doing an Indian muffin tin meal.  I actually made biryani and raita for this muffin tin meal, but when I had Kannagi make some side dishes to go with it, she got carried away and it turned into too much food.  There are a lot of dishes in an Indian meal.

Muffin Tin Meal: Indian Food

Our Indian muffin tin meal had:

  • fried okra
  • mini chapati (bread)
  • dahl (lentils)
  • cabbage salad
  • rice
  • snack mix

Between the two kids, they like all these foods, so it got eaten.
