I thought I was the only one who saved pickle juice! I add a little pickle juice to my potato salad. Also I pour some on homemade sub sandwiches. Now I will be freezing it and using it as a marinade 🙂

I mix pickle juice from cucumber chips into tuna fish mix for sandwiches. I use much less mayonnaise in mixing the ingredients this way. The tuna salad spread remains moist and has a delicious flavor with or without using additional pickles when assembling the sandwiches. I have a small jar of the cucumber juice and pickle pieces in my frig. right now to use in potato salads, or other recipes.
