Sesame Crusted Baked Chicken
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (found in the Asian aisle)
- 2 Tbsp. Panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 C. sesame seeds (cheaper versions located in the Asian aisle)
- 4 chicken thighs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Combine soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl
- Combine Panko bread crumbs and sesame seeds in separate bowl
- Dip chicken thighs in soy sauce and sesame oil mixture, then dip in Panko mixture covering completely
- Place on cookie sheet or glass dish, spritz the top of the chicken with cooking spray
- Bake for 40-50 minutes
