Menu Planning Method #3 - Paper Calendar

Weekly Menu Planning Method #3: Paper Calendar

This menu planning method is proof that making a menu plan doesn’t have to be complicated.  If you keep a paper calendar, just write your menu plan down on the calendar for the appropriate day.

Benefits to this menu planning method include planning meals around your activities, and seeing up to an entire month at a glance.

Tip: Use a different color pen for your menu items so you can easily see just the meals, or just the activities.
