peanut butter and Jelly Milkshake
A lunchtime standard now in a shake. The peanut butter and raspberry does sound amazing together.

Caramel Apple Milkshake
This would be a great shake for early fall.
- 3 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk

Tip: Do you pick your own apples? Try cutting up 2-3 Granny Smith or Gala apples into chunks and tossing them in the blender to make your own fresh applesauce. Blend until smooth and then add the other ingredients.
